UK - All items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
International - All items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address within 28 days of the customer receiving the item.
Items returned outside the stated return period will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, we will return the item to the sender who will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds and only the cost of the items returned will be included. Where the original order was eligible for free shipping, any returns will be minus our standard delivery charge.
All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as they were when received. Any items returned will be assessed to ensure they are in an suitable condition. Where this is not the case, items will be returned to the sender who will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Theprelovedhypestore is not responsible for any items lost when being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:
